  1. It should have been raised last year. It's been ridiculous for too long, but everything is done for a reason. The banks don't wait too long to sell your house if you get behind in your payments, so put your priorities in place right now.

  2.  @braxxian  yes, it's a real little game they have been playing. I never thought it would be so long in happening and the carry on over it seems rather over dramatic. They must be up to their necks in debt!
