  1. 100% agree, they are very ignorant and uncaring these days. They follow every government law to keep their jobs, that is why they don't care about your needs. Too many can't speak English these days either.

  2. My neighbor is Japanese, she came here to be a nurse just for the money too and said it to me with her terrible English. She speaks to nobody, and she is one horrible person. Big hospital, public and she and English not good. We are in trouble.
