yes and absentism is highest in public sector.Remember waiting weeks for a phone installation with GPO.public sector pensions are now higher than the national debt, for the first time in history. The commies always want state control

@suburbiapheonix7960 tax also give them the same occupational pension as everybody else and could even give a small rise to the public sector workers while they are working .In short balance the two
2
@suburbiapheonix7960 We should give workers share as part of their pay and not let them sell them or cash them in.Until they retire or only sell back to the company. This would make them work harder.John Lewis did it.Asda gives a profit share I believe
2
@suburbiapheonix7960 thats what I would do ,John Lewis increased sales after they started it.Half shares in privatiesed water, gas,bt etc went the public but within three months most sold them and cashed in,same when building societies became banks.

@iggle6448 In the 1970 we only had a coal fire for a few hours in the evening. Then the oil crisis hit ,inflation went to 15% and we had power cuts. All the strikes mean,t we could not bury the dead,no rubbish collection loads of rats,yr welcome to it

PUBLIC SECTOR PENSIONS ARE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN HISTORY AT £2.4/TrIllion higher than the national debt.Every household must pay £55.000 to pay it.20% of council tax is for pensions.public sector pensions are a third higher than company pensions for the same contribution

@marcomucino Mexico is an exporter of oil and cocaine .Most Mexicans are trying to get into the US .Norway owns only a part of its energy up to max of 77% and is just a majority shareholder in Statoil. The revunue from North Sea oil has made them rich with such a small population just 5,6m it is also rich in hydroelectric power and has massive gas reserves which makes it the third largest gas exporter in the world. We have a population of 70m
1
@marcomucino Anyone can buy shares and a share in the profits for the price of a lottery tickey.Nationalised industries have the highest absenteism and their pensions are a third higher than company pensions for the same contribution.Unlike company pensions which holds the employees payments in a fund.Public sector pensions do not have a fund but paid for by the taxpayer at the moment they are higher than the national debt at £2,4trillion .Every household must pay £55.000

No only the public sector. The BBC floods us with their pay and conditions
