  3.  @bluechurchowl  St. Hildegaard's Parsley Wine Remedy. There are recipes online. 1 bottle of pino noir, 10 sprigs of parsley, 2 tbsp of wine vinegar... boil and simmer for 5 min. Add 3/4 cup of honey... boil and simmer for 5 min again. Strain and return to the wine bottle... take a sip a day. If you get arrhythmia, take a sip and it goes away within minutes.
