  1. Every 7.5 years CA gets a drought, but the CA govt has been claiming we're in a drought when we are not. They do this because they need us to use less water. If we use less water, they can sign more building permits and keep building condos and tech campuses. In my area alone, 3 new multi-billion dollar tech campuses and 20 apartment buildings are going up right now.
