Yes. I used to eat really healthy and worked out hard. I was very toned. My neighbor's family owns a Chinese restaurant and they give me lots of free noodles. So, my diet went from spinach, olive oil, meats, almonds... to soy sauced food. M&M's, Granola, and Protein Bars have soy, too. I noticed that my face is fuller, I have belly fat, and my chest is flabby even though I am working out harder now. (My workout starts with a set of 25 pull ups.) In just a month of eating this soy crap, you can get flabby despite working out hard.
