  3. ​ @jacobmatthews7524 Yes. And why the IQ is low? It's not genetic. Imagine you were living in a shed in the middle of the forrest since you were born, with no education and some pseudo religion. Your daily tasks would be finding food and survival. That's all you would have. Of course you wouldn't develop properly and your IQ would be low.
