  2. Unfortunately they still have 300 billion locked up by the west, and it is unlikely they will ever see that money. The west will steal the money. They say they will use it to rebuild Ukraine but Ukraine is basically now owned by western companies so "rebuilding" Ukraine is socializing the investment and privatizing the profits. Everywhere you turn, the west is creating policies and taking advantage of the chaos and crisis to ultimately benefit their companies.
