NATO didn't invade Ukraine. The issue at stake is the fact Ukraine, a neighbor democratic country, was invaded.

@slobodanjakov5479 this isn't 1999, it's 2022 and Ukraine is being invaded right now. Why do some people want to discuss everything except the thing that is happening right as we speak?

"Give up your nukes, your independence is guaranteed." Only fools would trust Putin, a notorious gangster and bully.

@slobodanjakov5479 So what? What do we learn from your assertion that "NATO bombed Serbia in 1999"? Some Ukrainian dude is right now looking down a foreign tank that is rolling in his direction, to which you say "NATO bombed Serbia in 1999". WHAT DOES HE CARE?

@slobodanjakov5479 so an ukrainian mother is asking for help because foreigners have invaded her country and your personal reply to her is "NATO has no right to give moral lessons". Right then.

Are you suggesting a very stable genius?

Good take, Putin and Trudeau are pretty much the same. I never connected the two because I'm a simple working class person but you must have a PhD in Political Science from Trump University. Do you work for the RAND Corporation?

@justanotherfrenchie «That had nothing to do with Putin» Well Putin is the one who broke that compromise. As for the nukes, if they couldn't keep all of them they could keep a few and sell the rest to the highest bidder. I'm sure Saddam would have loved to buy a couple. They could/should have bargained for more than what they got, empty promises, that's for sure.

@justanotherfrenchie I wonder what there was to negotiate, then, given Russia already had everything.

@della1731 no it didn't, NATO had nothing to do with Iraq, Syria, or Libya. Afghanistan attacked a NATO member (you might have missed it) and as for Belgrade, NATO didn't invade Serbia.
