  2. Instead of utilizing SWAT to always get 'em out, it'd be nice if occasionally, in the rite setting, to surround the area & apply a seige mentality. After a few days or less w/o water/power & eventually food, most will surrender

  3.  @riquisimx  Bums, drug addicts, hobo's & many who deliberately choose to be homeless & live off the freebies offered by local charities & the gov't. Yes, 'running wild', camping or parking their m'homes illegally wherever they please is definitely not the sign of responsible citizens. There are numerous options including shelters, but a lot of ppl choose to ignore those
