I think he is doing it just to set a precedent. YouTube will probably settle out in court, but once a few more people follow suit (no pun intended) and file more lawsuits, YouTube will be forced into a position of either 1.) continuing with their censorship and accruing costly court expenses or 2.) relaxing their censorship significantly and avoiding costly court expenses.

Also, the Left always wants the federal government to throw its weight around and enforce the supremacy clause or supreme court decisions, essentially overruling a state's rights, but only when the issue favors their agenda. At any point the federal government acts against their interests, they demonize the federal government, and the same for state governments. Examples: gay marriage, abortion rights, gun rights, marijuana, immigration etc. A Leftist would cry about a state trying to ban gay marriage, but would applaud a state for ignoring federal marijuana laws. A Leftist will cry if the federal government does not unconditionally uphold Roe v. Wade, but would support a state law that passes unconstitutional gun legislation. A Leftist would support states/cities ignoring federal immigration laws and becoming sanctuaries for illegal immigrants, but they'll cry when the federal government doesn't force states into capitulating to the oppressive regulations of a corrupt and wasteful agency like the EPA. CHOOSE: State supremacy or federal supremacy. You cannot have both. The Left wants its cake and to eat it too.

Bullshit. I hope you're joking. Weinstein prefers white women, and because he tried to creep on the women that were in his movies, of course he only casted white women. That is not evidence of systemic racism, just the sexual preference of a "lefty immoral sleaze ball," as you said. If not having a sexual preference for Black women is racist, then you can count me in on that false analogy as well. Hollywood might be racist in other ways, but this is not an example of one of them.

I'm surprised he is unfamiliar with Dennis Prager. Every PragerU video narrates the name and pronunciation of the organization as well, so I guess he's never even watched a PragerU video...PragerU is invaluable for normies.
