Does he stand up for America when the Senate unanimously supports foreign aid for Israel? Genuinely curious. If not, he's not based enough for me.

The U.S. and/or "muh democracies" have no "obligation" to police the world and fight proxy wars in some moral quest to destroy authoritarianism. Some of the most powerful governments in the world are authoritarian. We either deal with them or we will all destroy each other. I'd rather worry about my own country. Funny though, it's never the virtue signalers like you who go forth and send yourselves and your children into the meat grinder.
