  5.  @kittyfan  It really doesn't take that much to be worthwhile. If every person with a mask infects just one less person, that adds up to huge numbers on a population scale because the number compounds with each round of infections, like doubling a penny every day for a month, if you're familiar with that one. It works exactly the same way.

  10. It's not a matter of kids getting especially sick. It's the size of the surge which was affected, so this impacts hospitals but no one's body forgot how to fight germs.
