@Plug604 They celebrate both though, imo, remembrance day has fallen by the wayside simply because it was started to commemorate WWI but we're now a lot of years separated from a war that people have any kind of emotional connection to. Wars these days just feel like basic cash grabs with a nice story to make you feel like the your side are the good guys.

@Plug604 You don't think war is on topic when discussing remembrance day? 🤔 That's why I stopped doing anything for remembrance day. Almost every WWII vet is gone and and they have no use for my poppy money. Honouring soldiers who, for example, gave their lives in Iraq over lies and in the name of profit just rubs me the wrong way.

Trudeau's deeply concerned about the rise in antisemitism but he continues to support Netanyahu's war crimes. Wonder if there's any kind of connection there. 🤔

It'll be interesting to see which comes first, that cutoff date or EVs that will actually work in the north and some way for people who park on the street to charge up without spending half their day doing it.
