Yes, it is. She has 28 publications to her name, all equally delusional. Some examples: "Nocturnal paradox: how breakdancing reveals the potentials of the night", about how breakdancing ehm... "can offer a means to experience and navigate the nocturnal city in new ways"; "The 'systems of relay' in doing cultural studies: Experimenting with the Body without Organs in b-girling practice" about ehm... "a practice [and] a set of practices through which the body de-stratifies from the prevailing order of domination -such as gender -And refills with intensities that cannot be reduced to the generality of representation." I don't know what any of that means, but that's just because it's outside of my academic field, which deals only with reality.

@timo386 Just have a look at her career. Her entire research career consists of complete horseshit, yet she seems to be doing fine. All of her publications are just utter word salad with no substance; all related to breakdancing.
