  1.  @mdelcb9915  They work in Israel because the wages are like 4 times higher there. That said, there's a limited number of people who do that because Israel limits the permits. This is another stream of income for the Palestinian Authority as well, because Israel - unlike any other country in the world - gives the labor tax to the PA. What they do with the money? Digging tunnels? Idk.
