"we have the privilege to be here" No actually you didn't. You have the privilege to live in a country that except under exceptional circumstances allows you to protest, that doesn't select protests based on what they are about, and that even when you spread lies about that country, break its very few laws about protests, ignore its court's orders, still allows you to walk away freely mostly fine an hour or so after being arrested.

"almost to death"... didn't even need to go to the hospital, but okay.

@Yellow-IV Or as we say in Dutch: if you burn your arse, you gotta sit on blisters.

Nobody is saying these protests are anti-semitic except maybe a few fringe lunatics.

@DeYiZhiMusilin Why would it be? There have been countless pro Palestine protests without any issues. There was a temporary ban on protests along with general heightened security measures due to recent escalations of violence.
2
And it's not just the people in this video, but this channel itself as well. It says in the description there "attempts to ban pro Palestine protests" which is nonsense.

It's not arbitrary. All protests were banned for a few days due to a recent escalation of violence in the city. People were scared, police was overworked, and the authorities were afraid it would escalate further. The ban was not specific to any subject. Despite of that the government offered them an alternative location where they would have been allowed to protest, but they ignored that.

What do you mean "attempted" bans? There was a ban. They tried fighting that in court but they lost. The was a general ban on all protests for a few days. There has never been nor will there be a ban on pro Palestine protests specifically. You are spreading lies.

@KootFloris The government isn't panicked about them. There was a general ban on all protests out of fear that recent violent incidents would escalate even further. These protesters went to court over it and lost. The government nonetheless offered these protesters an alternative location. They could have also simply waited a day because the ban was lifted the next day. They ignored all that. They are deliberately breaking the law so they are arrested.
