And are people mysteriously dropping dead all around you or is there really not much of a difference?

@dimm7448 Well, but let's be honest. If it weren't for the media's daily reporting and worst case scenarios we've been fed, most of us wouldn't notice anything out of the ordinary.

Why don't you report about doctors and scientists who are skeptical about the vaccines and/or the government policy?

@VeronicaGorositoMusic That's not at all how that works.

That is because your immune response can be heavier the second time. That response is what's causing those side effects. But if that is you in the picture, you should consider whether you really need it anyway. Don't let the media or anyone pressure you into taking a vaccine that hasn't been tested much if you don't need it.

@VeronicaGorositoMusic Because by then you have immune memory cells, which will rapidly respond (at least, if all goes well). But it's not that the first and second shot are different or do different things. Both will create antibodies and memory cells. And yes, saying that the immune response causes those kind of side effects is essentially the same as saying the vaccine causes it. But these mild flu-like symptoms are side-effects of the immune system working. That's why almost every vaccine and almost every infect has these effects. That's different from, for example, allergic reactions that are specific to the vaccine. I asked about the picture about OP actually, but it probably applies to you as well. If you're young and healthy you don't need a vaccine, and you shouldn't take one that is still in experimental phase. Although, if you have to wait 6 years, it won't be by then ;)
