@somkeshav4143 Everyone did cocaine in the fifties. Heck, it was even advertised. To say that "some women may have been in loving relationships" is just nonsense. The vast majority were. It's a great thing women have more freedom, but there's no reason to pretend that women being abused was ever the norm.

I'm confused about the message here. Are they being "used by the far right", or are they "strong independent entrepreneurs using social media"? Those two statements seem contradictory, but I'm no expert.

Zaydan Alfariz I don't think you understand what socialism is.

@somkeshav4143 That's one hell of a strawman. Nowhere did I say that feminists want people to suffer. What I said was that corporations supported feminism, at least in part, because it almost doubled the workforce providing for more cheaper labor.

@somkeshav4143 "Not to mention, the modern world doesn’t accommodate single parent households as much anymore." Kind of weird, isn't it? I mean, the world has gotten richer, our production capabilities exploded over the past century, yet two people are nowadays expected to work as much for a family as one person in the past. This has little to do with gender roles. It has everything to do with the working class being exploited in much of the world. Insofar it relates to gender roles, it is that corporations were all to happy to support feminism for precisely this reason.

VICE, Idk if you noticed but you don't address a single thing Lauren Southern has ever said and reduce her to nothing but a pretty image, both criticizing that while also conveniently using it for your own thumbnail. Seems kind of sexist.

Zaydan Alfariz Not socialism, just reasonable fair labor standards.
