  2.  @soundrogue4472  Trademarked, not copyrighted. And yes, they did. Trademarks - like copyright - are automatic. Likewise, Coca Cola trademarked a specific color of red, and McDonalds trademarked the weird M. They do not have to be registered or something. If you use that color red to sell drinks, Coca Cola will sue, and they will win. Same with the 'i' for electronics.
