"trying to improve its air defense"...what? now? after multiple attacks that have reduced the country to huddling in tents? talk of lack of preparation and slow reactions. then again, maybe NATO has no reply to this form of warfare? NATO so used to having air superiority, a little ironic that another sanctioned country, Iran, is providing the means to defeat NATO in the air.
