@MerryXmasMfkrs Finally, an admission that not one single condition of Article 108 applies to Yanukovich. There is no mention that any president ceases to exercise power due to leaving the country. None whatsoever. Impeachment, including an impeachment vote and a court order, could have been followed, but it was not. Thanks for admitting this was a coup. Now then, turns out I was not misinformed, but that you were uninformed. Suggestion: read the Ukrainian constitution before you make a fool of yourself again.
