  2. Africa now knows it is Europe's sanctions on Russia that are causing big problems for Africa, so Russia certainly will not be blamed for backing out of the grain deal. Hypocritical Europe will, rightfully, be blamed.

  5.  @nsevv  the sanctions have been in effect for 15 months or so, and it is Biden saying cluster bombs have to be sent because regular shells are in such short supply. Not Putin. so, when do the sanctions take effect to the point where Putin has no more shells to send and Biden says "no need to send cluster bombs because we have so many of the shells Ukraine says it wants"? Only a fool would judge a war of attrition based on the amount of territory held. Russia is aiming to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine, and has made fantastic progress on both fronts. NATO has precious little left to send to Ukraine that can make any difference to the impressive kill rate in Russia's favor. It takes time to kill every man of fighting age in a place like Ukraine, but thanks to Zelensky's desire to push more and more cannon fodder into the Russian meatgrinder, Russia is getting closer to its objectives every day, and rightfully so.
