I'd be surprised if any of the documents are actually important. Although, this does lead me to a point I've made before regarding how people get lazier and lazier. When you've got LaTeX to write proper documentation, so many people choose garbage like MarkDown instead. Humanity gets weaker by the day and I can hardly wait until I get to leave this stupid planet.

@NJ-wb1cz It's definitely not raw text, and it doesn't matter which came first, it matters which is better. In this case, LaTeX is older and better than MarkDown.

@NJ-wb1cz It's literally not. It's marked up with special characters. I guess you must be a MarkDown lover who got offended at being called lazy, but fear not, you can reform your filthy ways and learn LaTeX.

@NJ-wb1cz There's no binary data in LaTeX, so your point is invalid if you're not going to equally apply it to both. In casual conversation, I'm not going to say asterisk asterisk This is bold speech! asterisk asterisk.

@NJ-wb1cz Yeah, sure, doesn't have to be interpreted. URL's are completely natural. Now that we've gotten the sarcasm out of the way and established that you're just a fangirl and not a serious person, I'll just assume that you're not someone technically minded at all.

@jon9103 I only ever hear that slogan from ignorant fools, but since that's 95% of modern programmers you're in good company. I'm not even that big of a proponent of LaTeX, but you don't need to know and use every single construct available to make use of it, and even someone with a below average intelligence such as the two of you should recognize that fact. Personally, I hate the "Java mentality" that has become so pervasive in the industry and corroded the talents of most within the past 29 years. And were it not for his ardent support for a garbage documentation format and his utter ignorance of what plain text actually is, and your defense of him, I wouldn't suggested that you both could be reformed and made whole, but you have dissuaded me of that belief.
