  2. it's not even a VPN, cause it provides just a browser traffic redirection. The right name for it is a proxy. It's a scam even in the title

  3. if you mention this, it's worth to say the protection against digital fingerprinting. It's using less scripts (blocking them), apply strict rules in browsers (especially good Librewolf, Mullvad) or ultimately using special tool like TOR browser for this. TOR is like 2 in 1, it's a good private browser and TOR network to make it difficult to watch the network traffic

  4. you can be right about these projects, but some of them like TOR, are free open source. So you need a lot of efforts, mental power, resources etc to make it run how you want it to be, and not like the community/enthusiasts will decide. Many VPNs on the other hand look like it could be a catch
