  1. Don't ignore the joke at the end of Hillary's tweet. It's a microcosm of the whole situation. Deny the severity/existence of the issue and then pivot to distract. The entire Russiagate hysteria is a deflection from the contents of the DNC leaks to stop people from talking about the rigging of the primary just as much as the joke is an attempt to deflect from the problems with the prescedent this sets. Same tactic; different scale.
