  1. Even when they are given adequate mental care, a lot don't utilize it. They take their meds, feel better, think they're good now, and stop taking them. It's either that or they stop taking them due to side effects. This is true for mental health patients in general and isn't limited to homeless ones either. So this utopia where everyone has unlimited access to mental healthcare and all problems are solved will never exist.
