  1. If they don't know that it's because they're willfully ignorant. A quick search about some if the countries they're coming from would show there's no war or persecution going on in them. The only thing they are is poorer countries.

  2. Most of the cities that went sanctuary went beyond just not cooperating with ICE. They included benefits for them too. Since 99.9% of them aren't from Mexico I have no idea why you're bringing them up. If you mean that they remain in Mexico instead of going to Chicago, Mexico wouldn't allow them to stay, but the US does. Edit: Mexico is not safe outside tourist areas. If you only visit them you have zero understanding of Mexico. Cartels protect those areas because they own most of the things there. Outside of those areas if you're not clearly Latino you're subject to kidnappings because they believe any gringo that can afford to come have a lot of money.

  3. Flints water problem has been paid to be fixed multiple times. If it's still not it's because they keep electing corrupt officials. Edit: It's my understanding that they're fixing it and replacing all the pipes. That takes along time because you can't just rip up all the streets at the same time to do that because then nobody is getting any water, nobody can travel throughout the city, and there's not enough manpower to work all areas simultaneously.
