@PrimericanIdol If they're trained enough, in some circumstances they are. It becomes an automatic reaction. It's called following your training. It's the same in the military. You're body is supposed to respond before you even think. Edit: Self defense training is the same. You're supposed to train until you automatically respond to just a touch or movement before your brain can register fear and you freeze.

@zym6687 Depends. In many lawsuits the lawyer takes a percentage of the payout as their fee. You still have to pay for certain things like expert witnesses and stuff, but there are no attorney fees.

As someone said affirmative action. If you're black you're pretty much guaranteed a spot in law school as long as you have a Bachelor's degree. The degree can be in anything for law school. Many go for free because the BAR association wants more black lawyers. Nat the lawyer talked about how he would scout in his old neighborhood for potential students on behalf of his school. He said they were offering free school including books. Nobody took the offer. The couple that did over the years enrolled, got the books, sold the books for cash, and never came back.

When BLM marches they say loudly "Who do we protect?" "Criminals!" Innocence has nothing to do with it.

Did BLM run out of money? I thought everybody already knew they were a scam and aren't allowed to raise money in several states now.
