  1.  @OnTheThirdDay  Cenk isn't a naturalized citizen. He was born in Turkey to Turkish parents. A naturalized citizen is a citizen who's a citizen through a parent no matter where they're born. That and birth right citizenship are the only ones codified within the Constitution. Citizenship through immigration is dictated by the Executive branch and the legislature. Dr. Shiva can sue all he likes but the requirements are also codified within the Constitution and neither is eligible unless there's an Amendment. Which there never will be because it's insane to allow a foreign national to run another country. Just security wise alone it's crazy. Edit: My son was born in Canada. Since I'm a citizen his citizenship was guaranteed by the Constitution. Even if we never did the paperwork, citizenship was his birthright that he could claim at anytime.

  3. Biden isn't soft pushing for EVs. He's put in regulations that will prevent manufacturing of gas powered cars by 2030 or 2035. That's not a soft push. Not just the workers, but the manufacturers are pushing back. They've had to drastically cut their EV production because nobody's buying them. That this is being forced onto the market rather than consumers deciding shouldn't be legal. It's one thing to create regulations that have to do with safety. It's a whole nother bag of worms when the government forces the population to purchase a particular product.
