  2. I should add that the money donated would only be sent to catholic missions in Africa/India so I'm ot too sure how it was spent when it got there.Probably on whiskey for the priests out there! Vatican City is a 'sovereign state' & hold all its treasures in 'trust for the Nation'...or so it would have us believe.Loada bollox.Most of it was looted by the conquering crusaders.Grrr,lol,don't get me started. And yeah,I too can be pretty inappropriate,haha. ;-)

  3. Sorry,I wasn't intending to make light of the situation in much of Africa. It's interesting to think that when I was a pupil beginning my education at age 5 & each week we kids had to donate 10% of whatever pocket-money we received to 'help the starving black babies'.That was 48 years ago! We also had to write to an African child of a similar age & become pen pals.Perhaps you can guess I attended a catholic church school,lol.
