Using a cartoon character as a monument to a dead relative might well be seen as tacky,bizarre even to some people but not everyone wants cherubs & religious iconography on a headstone.I think it's rather churlish to demand they be removed.Anyone who didn't know this young woman is unlikely to be actually visiting her grave so if the headstone brings some comfort to her loved ones then leave it be.
