  2. Watching this video and feeling the pain of having such a different lifestyle. I don't go for games, rather a born loner and like solitude but I could have that sitting by the pool instead og coup up in a 5th Fl appartment. Seriously. And I can aford it, to boot. Just need a kick in the butt to get going.

  6. One neiborg ( high school teacher) retired , sold coop apartment and moved to Fl. Another neiborg visited them, retired, sold his apart and moved down there. I was not close to them so I am not sure they moved to the Villages but it is a strong possibility. Now, the second guy, was a nice kind person, the 1st one, was not. He was trash, so I pity his neiborgs.

  7. ​ @Bradbidinger Well. I read your complaint twice, still don't get it. I live in a big city, there are a few complexes of co op buildings and a Selfhelp Center that serves us. One time, a group that meet to talk were going to lunch, and I said Why don't we treat L. ( a Center employee, she put the table and chairs together, makes coffee for us and is plain nice) to come to lunch with us too? Two or three jumped NO! It's not allowed, we can't. There is a van that takes us places, like restaurants, they told us NO TIPPING. I asked the driver about it, she told me Of course, nobody has to, but if anybody wants to tip, it is ok, I'll take it. The center director insists we can not do anything for the " employees".
