  3.  @MsJudi54  Hospital costs out of control partially due to inunsured and illega, people using ER for a common cold and maybe serious issues but NOT PAYING THEIR BILL. I know I used to get in the mail bills from a man whi had my last name but was not related to me, he gave my address as his, therefore, he paid no bills.
