  1. Passing the bill or not is not as important as revamping the archaic bureaucratic set up in India. The relic definitely requires a make over. In a democracy, especially in India, there will never be an unanimous vote in Parliament except possibly to raise the salaries of its members. So, what is new? Tailpiece: If in democracies, is a majority in the August houses a “brute force”? Isn’t democracy and the freedom etc. that comes with it integral to India? So, stop sulking about majority etc. Some party or coalition will and should always have majority. Else India will forever remain a LAGGARD DEMoCRACY as labeled by the world at large.
