  1. Is ignoring nine summons from the ED, in a case his party (AAP) and his Dy CM is in jail ( bail denied by various courts including the SC) morally right and politically a good democratic practice?

The whole discussion, even in the piece written by Shekar on ThePrints web site, the whole premise seems to be the the BJP is out to get AAP and AAP (including AK) have not committed any crime at all. Various (not one) court proceedings and documents suggest otherwise. But the media fails to highlight this aspect. Tailpiece: Liberalism I suppose.
