SG a good political presentation. The points made with “statistics” do not tell all. Ask TA. For progress and development structural changes in policies are those that matter for sustained growth. Traditionally coalition governments in India have failed to bring in such changes for sustained growth. If as you say , during the coalition periods, if structural changes were brought in the progress of development and poverty alleviation would have been in a much advanced place compared to now. The structural changes effected in the last 10 years and in the next five years is what will take India to a higher plateau with more equitable wealth distribution. Therefore the vision for 2047. Tailpiece: Unfortunately you missed this very very important point in your wholesome analysis. Politics is important but progress and development are not all about politics alone…it is also very much about a vision.
