Is ignoring nine summons from the ED, in a case his party (AAP) and his Dy CM is in jail ( bail denied by various courts including the SC) morally right and politically a good democratic practice?

@mogleesh-22 absolutely true. If ED has evidence( evidently, it has in this case) the person can be arrested even after the first summons is ignored ... The discussion is not about pro / anti bjp.. That would be the wrong way to approach the matter. Enjoy.

@zanith6426 Did you trust ED / CBI akk these oast decades.... Read up on democracy...... Also where big people are involved there can't be smoke without fire.... In a demicracy politically supported corruption requires politically initiated action to counter it. Enjoy

@zanith6426 True…CBI ( caged parrot, remember?) and ED continue to work as they have been doing for decades. A drawback of Democracy? Suit the narrative as per preconceptions… agenda and support.
