  1. An apt heading to the show. My take:- Sample this. It is hard to find locals for manufacturing jobs. The psychology is that they do not want to get their hands dirty at home; dirty hands are alright away from home. In a business hub like Gurugram, there will be plenty of jobs for the locals away from shop floors as it is. Business organizations like FICCI, NASSCOM etc. should take up programmes for skill enhancement aggressively. a lot more than what is being done now. There is also a requirement to ensure the quality of engineers coming out of colleges. Tailpiece: As brought out, these unconstitutional legislations will only precipitate matters and not improve. Reservation of jobs that won't exist because of exodus of industries. The economy of Haryana will crumble.
