It’s problem is it does not think like an army but like a government….Therein lies a deficiency which is always ripe for India to exploit…. A lot said here for those who understand. Tailpiece: All said and done Pak army on the whole is NOT better than Indian Army as a wholesome fighting force…. 65 notwithstanding…they are not a walkover either
