  1. Abysmal and pathetic. It is not RG’s fault. It is the assumption by many politicians in general, those well informed as well as I’ll,informed, that attacking the Government on anything and everything sans logic is very appealing and vote getting tactics…..not now but over all these decades since Independence by all opposition parties and leaders (refer the comments of “erudite”:Tharoor S, on the budget - no substance but just “attack”). This is precisely why India has not made progress as it could have and China has raced ahead. Tailpiece: If the politicians do not take note of this now, it will be a desolate and poor India for future generations. Elections do not make Nations. MEDIA too take note.
