  1. Looking at the behavior of Muslim leaders, etc. why do I get an uncanny feeling that most of them want tensions to simmer, for existence. So do some fringe elements, for existence. In such a scenario situations are exploited by vested interests. When there are political parties catering to Muslims, Dalits, sectarian (DMK etc..) etc. etc..and promoting their respective localized interests only, the refrain is why can’t there be a party whose core support base is “hindu” (some Hindus or whatever) based? (I do not support the concept of Hindus. That is another story). Any pro is considered by the other as anti. Unlike the virtual world the real world is not binary. As I mentioned elsewhere too, dog whistles can be blown by anybody. Tail piece: It is time we change these narratives. Else all will exploit and such discussions will eclipse the million dollar progress etc.
