  1. Is ignoring nine ED summons for an ongoing case implicating the AAP, the Dy CM is in jail denied bail by various courts, good morality and correct constitutional practice by a CM? Do you think this would have happened now, just before elections after a court denied AK protection in the case, if he had attended the first summons months ago?:Or is AAP deliberating doing this ( not attending summons calls) to play the victim card just before the elections elections.? Just asking
