  1. Obviously a political posturing. Can some one clearly explain how the rescinded farm laws do not benefit the farmers of India or any Nation which has such laws? Can that some one also explain why only about 30% farmers from 20% geographical extent of India were protesting? Tailpiece: The investments are flowing back to China because with all its warts the Chinese Goverment can take decisions and implement them. If India succumb to protests by minuscule population and vested interests and allow these agenda based “agitations” to derail its progressive policies, we will forever be a laggard democracy and remain the favorite place of the Western press and a large section of our own (mirroring) media to showcase our “backwardness”.
