  1. A good presentation DK as usual. But the larger picture remains an enigma.. Reshuffling for what? For optics, for equal (religion, caste, region and many more..... ha ha) distribution, to buttress ego or improved efficiency. It is only in India I notice this reshuffling in all governments. The media makes it a big issue. . Why reshuffle at all? An odd change is par for the course. A reshuffle? Why? A fit topic for cut the clutter? In passing - I often wonder who is a bakht and who is a Kambhakt?
