@satyabanerji1982 intellectuals are seldom doers. It is the street smart who are achievers. An intellectual like Dr. Radhakrishnan was President material but not a natural PM. While Indira Gandhi (with all the warts) was not president material but she was street smart. Narasimha Rao was an exception...he was an intellectual and a doer by circumstance (driven to the wall)
