Now, comparing UP with Kerala is like comparing India with Japan. In this era of “data” there are places where data does not reveal everything. Developments in Kerala, for instance is a contribution of factors inherent in the State since many centuries. For instance, Kerala was trading with many other countries since millennia. Another fact is today, in more than 70% households in Kerala there is someone who is earning outside the state. It is a process. @Abhiuday Pratap singh yes, Abhi. True. Kerala has degenerated into an I’ll managed state since a decade or so. UP has improved, no doubt. We need to correct course for Kerala. Enjoy.
