  1. It is time the nation discusses religion divorced from politics. The people have to take the initiative. WE have to take the initiative. “You reap what you sow and if any religious group sow the seeds of communalism by insisting on separate laws for themselves, they will reap the ill will of communal backlash” A “secular” democracy is one which has the same laws for all its citizens within which different religions practice their faith according to prevalent societal practices. A secular nation is not one which has different laws for different religions, which divides societies, allowing such divisions to be perpetually exploited by vested interests. Only “We the people” can change, without changing core values and just by emerging out of medieval era methods to make a difference in society.
