  1. The bureaucrats have fallen in line. The problem is with the edifice of bureaucracy...the methods and the maze of rules...even our Constitution of 1950, unfortunately, has more than 100 amendments!!!! Let me illustrate – on the maze of rules unattended for decades after Independence. After leaving a salaried job at age 50, like SG, I became an entrepreneur and, unlike SG, founded an MSME in the manufacturing sector. I played by the rules. So I thought, until the concerned “Inspector” did not renew my license. The reason – my MSME did not maintain a register which recorded and certified that all my workers were wearing tight fitting clothing at work every day – a bit of paraphrasing here; but I suppose you get the drift. These rules, clauses, notes and notes to notes will take decades to decode and change. I will recommend that India sit down and draft all together new rules for business!!!
