In the 8th century BCE, the Assyrians referred to the region as Palashtu or Pilistu. Since we know that Judea and Samaria (Jewish states) existed in the region much before the last two millennia, how is it that the Jews are not included in Palestinians? Reading the history of evolution of Islam, with particular reference to Jerusalem (620 CE) is recommended. How far back in history do we want to go? The further we go back the future suffers… our children suffer. Instead, the Arabs and the world can create another “Israel” with the other “Palestinians”.
